Notice of Intended Marriage

This must be provided to the celebrant not less than one month and one day, and not more than eighteen months before the wedding date.

Evidence of Birth

This should be an original certificate of birth, and original extract of an entry of birth in an official register, or a current overseas passport.

A decree absolute, Certificate of Death (of deceased partner, Court order permitting marriage of a party under 18 years, Appropriate statutory declarations
